Reconstruction of a private house.

The construction of the house was laid insulation of 150 mm., Which at that time met the standards at the moment, the standard 250 mm, we advise you to insulate more as it is cheaper than paying each month for energy.
Coordinating with the customer all the stages of work and roofing materials, which had to be replaced, we started to work.
Materials used:
- Ceramic tiles - was dismantled and re-laid.
- Waterproofing of roof energy-saving diffusive membrane Dorken (Germany) Delta MAXX WD (190 gr. / M2).
The only membranethat simultaneously has properties of diffusion and antikondensat.
- Sealing tape under the guide rail Dorken (Germany) Delta Schaumband SB 60.
- Universal one-way Delta ribbon Multi-Band M60 mm., Which has a high adhesive force, suitable for indoor and outdoor use and resistant to aging. Developed by the Dorken company (Germany) for bonding compounds diffusion membranes, which increases the heat efficiency of houses and protects against the penetration of moist air into the structure of the insulation.
- Roof insulated basalt insulation ROCKWOOL (Poland), material ROCKMIN (conductivity ≤ 0,039 W / (m • K)).
- Accessories for installation of ceramic tile (holder of timber, klemera, ventilation belt of the ridge, the ridges swisco, drip, tape, contiguity, etc.) - IVT (Germany).
- Universal adhesive for exterior use Delta -Than specially developed , Dorken (Germany), for connection of the diffusion membranes with the building materials (wood, stone, concrete, brick, metal, plastic, etc.)
- Metal gutter system Zambelli (Germany), diameter of chute 153 mm, color gutters, RAL 8019 (Testa di Moro), matte finish Robust.
Installation of the drainage system was carried out on long holders of the chute, to maintain the ventilation gap under the roof space (recommendations of the German Union of roofers - ZVDH).
