The slate has been used for roofs and facade materials for centuries. He is known throughout the European continent as a reliable and high quality material.
Natural slate is a versatile material that is equally suitable for both the roof and the facade of the building. It is used in the interiors of buildings and in the landscape of private and public areas, which allows architects and designers to implement any ideas and whims of the customer.
Major public buildings, private residences covered with shale - create clear accents of taste, set the trend and tone in modern architecture, emphasizing the individuality and uniqueness of each object. The slate fits in any style, both classical and modern - modern. Clear and clear lines, different formats and thickness of slate tiles - allow you to adapt any form of buildings and structures.

The use of the shale of Samaca on the roof has a certain limitations of technical standards, exactly, as in any other shale tiles. These norms are developed by roofing unions and legally implemented in all European certificates and technical maps. Standards limit the use of slate tiles at minimum angles of roofing, and, accordingly, the intersection of slate tiles between themselves, to avoid water leakage and the destruction of shale.
Slate is a fire-resistant, durable and environmentally friendly stone that has many natural features that make it one of the most valuable materials in the world's construction market. In Europe, most of the roofs and facades of slate have a service life of over 100 years, and in England there are shale roofs over the age of 200 years, where they are of excellent condition.
The slate produced by SAMACA complies with the European Certificate: EN 12326-1 (2004) & -2 (2011): Slab and stone elements for roof and facade facing.
The whole slate imported by DAFA meets the highest technical standards, such as:
T1 - Validation of sulfates
S1 - control for the presence of carbonates (chalk)
A1 - coefficient of water absorption - less than 0,25%.
High-quality slate is necessarily A1 / S1 / T1
Other technical indicators in Ukraine are simply unacceptable!
