COLOR SOLUTION FOR VENTILATED FACADES
Dorken Delta in 2018 presented in the construction market a new solution for the creation of color ventilated facades. This diffusion membrane is a high-strength polyester fleece with a waterproof plastic coating with maximum protection against ultraviolet radiation and glue zones at both edges.
Collection of diffusion membranes DELTA COLOR is presented in seven colors, allowing to turn any ventilated facade into a work of art. These deep and juicy colors enable architects and designers to realize previously unavailable design solutions. DORKEN DELTA FASSADE COLOR is a universal diffusion diaphragm, perfectly combined with various facade materials, such as: slate, wood, metal, glass, composite panels, perforated aluminum or copper. A wide choice of colors, facade materials and methods of fastening (visible or hidden) allow creating amazing combinations that make the facade unique and unrepeatable.
Materials used for ventilated facades:
Wooden facades
Facades with wood offer a variety of individual design options. The profile and technique of laying have a significant effect on the appearance of the facade. Smooth profiles on the facade give a simpler, more reserved look. More durable profiles and more frequent overlappings improve the play of light on the surface and make the appearance of the facade more lively. Laying wooden panels horizontally, tall, narrow houses look wider, and wide houses are proportionally stretched vertically.
For wooden facades with a vertical crate, water passes along the fiber, it quickly dries up the wood. In addition, the vertical installation of the wooden façade does not protect against the ingress of moisture on the crate. Nevertheless, with vertical wooden lining, to ensure good ventilation, reinforced lathing is needed.
Composite panels
Facade lining of wood or fiber cement composite can also be fixed horizontally or vertically. Again, the "vertical stripes" make the house slim, and the horizontal stroke of the wooden bars makes the building look wider.
Panels with expanded perforations made of metal, aluminum, copper or titanium-zinc
Metal panels turn facades into architectural objects - futuristic, unusual and extremely individual. For example, DELTA ® FASSADE COLOR in combination with expanded perforated metal panels provide an amazing three-dimensional depth effect. If desired, the facades can be realized with contrasting colors.
These panels are not installed directly on the facade membrane, between them a vertical profile is established.
Panels from perforated sheet metal
Perforated facades made of sheet metal offer various design options for facades with different profiles and perforations.
When laying panels from a perforated sheet, it is prohibited to mount directly on the facade diffusion membrane, a vertical metal profile must be installed between them.
Transparent facades / glass facades
DELTA ® FASSADE COLOR can also be applied over a transparent shell of glass, organic glass or plastic (for example, polycarbonate). Colored facades, therefore, contribute to an increase in economic efficiency, since transparent materials do not need to be painted.
In particular, transparent facades with a high proportion of glass and thin metal profiles determine the modern architectural style. Thus, glass facades or transparent surfaces make objects open and attractive.
